Obviously if its a good friends bday then its a different story but then you would probably call them on the phone and tell them why you are coming as opposed to using facebook. |

| Thankfully I have deleted most promoters from my facebook friend list because of the spamming, so I only get invites from actual friends and I actually like reading why they can or cannot come on the event wall. |

| I hate the trend of someone randomly adding you on facebook and then sending tons and tons of invites....I had one where someone added me and the same day I got 3 different invites from that one person...deleted that person the same day........my inbox is not a garbage can If i need info on certian event or party I know how to look for all the details about it. |

The worst as you said Mortyman is when you invite a whole bunch of people and some dj asswhole is like..
"cant make it man, im busy spinning at "club name" at "time slot" at "date" its gonna be crazy!!!" self promotion stupidness, so to answer your question its looked down upon.
I hate it the most when random promoters that have not only added me with no pretense but wouldn't make any effort to introduce themselves advertise on my personal wall with their , or on one of my "specific purpose" groups |
