| What happens if two people on the same block report the guy getting a divorce or whatever, then one person gets paid and the other doesnt and finds out and says that youre a scam artist blah blah blah. Just seems like you could have an integrity issue if these people aren't getting into any sort of contract with you or something, all you have to do is tell them to off after you get the house. |

Well theres no contract you are right. However, you can either give it a shot see if u make some money or say it and never do it again. the people arent losing anything. its not like they are investing money into my company. they're investing information and if the info is correct i pay them for it.
And you're example i doubt i will ever get to the point where everyone on the street knows about me lol. But in that case I guess it would be a first come first serve basis. |

The 1st one is the most standard one for cartoonish stuff, the 2nd is way over the top for such "business" IMO. You'll get some crazy vivid birddog cartoon or whatever and it will give the website a very dodgy feel lol...
The 3rd one has the most elegant design and looks like to be the most serious/professional. This is the one i would go with. 4rth is cool but nothing special whereas 5th ok but i don't really liked those cartoons.
p.s. What Happened to that "Rats" thread? Did the rats blackmailed you to delete it or something? |
