Hey guys
As said I got beaten up by some chavs last week..not a good time for me, but it did give me time to work on this tune so i guess theres always an upside lol.

hi Paul,
i must say you're improving everytime i listen to a tune of yours. i'm in earbuds so i won't comment too much on the mixdown but musically i think a few things sound awesome but others that could be better done. first the bass is great, lead line is a bit trancey for my tastes but it works(which is all that matters). The strings need to go. I understand musically they harmonize and possibly add something new to the track but as sustained chords they lose me. your percs roll, your bass has rhythm & sidechain, the lead melody is catchy and rhythmic in itself but the chords (both in sound and in musical length) weigh down the track -- if that makes sense.
I'm not opposed to the idea of chords but perhaps 1/4 note stabs an octave lower on 1 & 3 and a different sound (maybe brass, maybe a FM pad with a phaser, maybe a trance detuned stab... dunno play around with it).

thanks for the quick feedback lads. Im not currently signed mate, I have one song signed to a small net label but am currently hunting around for labels...I just have no idea where to send them!? Any help anyone?
Thanks Anthony mate, I will leave this version how it is, I just love strings too much to let them go lol but I will do a second version using your ideas and see how that turns out :). Some good ideas there mate! Then again u do make good house!

made a couple of mixdown updates, nothing noticeable really, a few subtle sub melodies in there aswell.

| this is really good, you definetlly have your own sound. sort of james zambielia going crazy with the mixer. I really like it, some parts though could not sound so robotic. But I dug just about all of your tracks, energy flow is ing awesome!!! |
