You're not on a typical street. I lived in Rome, and they're not even typical there. It's like saying a Corvette or a Viper is "typical" in the US. There's more there, but they're still by no means common and people will still turn to check them out. A Ferrari or any "premium" European car is nearly as expensive there as they are here.

The only place in Europe that those dream cars are common is in Monaco.

I have to admit that while I was there (not even for the race) I saw on one street alone 7 Ferarris, 3 lamborghinis and a helicopter in a field off to the side. All that was on that street were a few fancy ass restaurants.
