| I tried to switch on my PC, everything seemed ok, the usual noise sound of the processor, lights were on but the image on the screen didn't appear. I kept trying but it didn't work anyway. What's the problem? :conf: |

| Will give it a try. Btw how does a PC behave if an accumulator crashes? |

1, couple of things to try:
Check the VGA or DVI cable (which ever one you're using) and if possible try another cable.
remove, clean terminals and re-seat the video card in the PC |

Yeah, has to be either the monitor or the video card. If you have another monitor in the house, try hooking it up to the PC that is having the problem. If it works, you'll instantly know the video card is the issue. If not, you'll know the monitor went bad. I have a lot of spare PC parts lying around here, so that's how I usually troubleshoot, process of elimination.
Sometimes corrosion will build up on cable connections, so you might need to clean them. I've never seen that make the connection go bad. Could happen though. Yep, try re-seating the video card, and check the cable connections, including the power supply to the monitor. |

Did you replaced hardware or did some messing around in the computer? If you did, double-check that everything is connected like it's supposed to.
It could be either your mobo, gpu,etc .... |
