I wish heh; no, just two near the middle-left.

You only need a couple really quality knifes. Just gotta know how to properly sharpen them.

My pride and joy are our knives and cookware:

Henckel's Knives

All-clad Stainless Cookware

I especially love the cookware. Cooking with these made life so much easier. Love the lifetime warranty and how cool the handles stay even when you have the heat cranked for frying or searing.

look nice. I could do with something like that, only have some cheapish pans atm which i'm not keen on but can't afford the outlay for a good set now, plus i don't tend to use them often, only for soups really.

The pans made a great wedding gift. Knives - wanted and attained.

Nice :)

I own just a couple of knives (a plastic one, in order to cut vegetables and an ordinary knife, in case of emergency :D).

Because of my simple diet (lots of vegetables, little/no dressings, pasta galore), I don't really have many accessories, such as spice racks or fancy knives - even my cookware is quite simple, for example. A frying pan, a couple of ordinary pans and I'm sure there's something else I can't remember :p

Anyone else here a vegetarian? What kind of kitchenware do you find useful?

with a henckels santouku, good pan, good pot, some wood chop sticks, a silicon scraper/spatula and a pasta maker you're golden.

run a few practice pastas through it to work out the manufacturing oils, then it's primetime

I've been looking forward to buying a pasta maker for quite a while. It's a shame they're so messy, but they're so much fun :D
