what a cúnt she is. I hope one day someone she cares about is in a crash and she is begging people to help and they all refuse because they recognise her as the bitch she is. Shame on the court for allowing it.

Stupid beaurocracy. I mean this is embarassing. But what's there to be surprised about? Don't you remember the two boarder police agents who were arrested for shooting at a Mexican drug smuggler?

They should have been arrested. Being suspected of breaking the law doesn't allow law enforcement to shoot you.

in England im pretty sure it's illegal not to help someone who is for instance drowning, without good reason. weird law.

That is for a court to decide. Unless the officers were under fire from the smugglers then they should have been arrested for shooting them.

by the way you can just do what people here in baltimore do:

BALTIMORE (WJZ) ―Many are outraged over a video showing two girls laughing as a customer at a carry-out restaurant is robbed at gunpoint by two males.

A man is robbed and shot in the middle of a Baltimore carry-out restaurant.

The whole thing was caught on video, but it's what two witnesses are doing that is causing outrage.

Dennis Edwards reports prosecutors are charging both male teenagers as adults in the brutal robbery and shooting where witnesses are seen laughing in the background.

YouTube video from the Chinese Cuisine security camera captured a disturbing robbery and assault in the 2700-block of Harford Rd.

It happened on an August night. One suspect held a gun to the victim's head. The second charged in.

The victim was shot twice in the knee. In the background, two teenaged girls laughed and giggled at the worsening attack.

"But overall, it really stresses the fact that we really need to provide our young people and families with mental health services," said Mayor Sheila Dixon.

Dixon openly questioned the sanity of suspects involved in the robbery. Prosecutors say both teens were on probation for prior violations.

Prosecutors say the young girls left at the same time as the suspects, but there's no indication they were together.

The victim was left struggling on the floor when restaurant employees refused his plea for help. Prosecutors say they're outraged no one came to the man's rescue.

"I was disturbed. I laid it out. The Criminal Coordinating Justice Council is gonna look at a number of issues as it relates to this factor," said Dixon.

Defense attorneys want both suspects tried as juveniles. The victim is in physical therapy having trouble bending his knees and walking.
