man people are missing out, breakfast is the time to throw down some carbs more then any other meal.
i used to drink oat shakes with natural peanut butter, skim milk, whey protein,maybe some honey when i was bulking at the gym
but because i am useless and dont really gym anymore i just have some Kashi go lean cereal crunch, some milk(from milkmans wifes ), and yoghurt with whole wheat bread. |
