yippie! It's bought!
Got it online, a Western Digital External FireWire 80 gigger, with a 3.5 inch Firewire external box (WTF is that????)
can't wait until it comes!!! OMG!!! |

| Congrats! I got a Maxtor 80gb external firewire drive a little over a year ago, put all of my music on it and today it only has 2.3 gigs left. I like it a lot except for the fact that after a few months it started running louder and now can get annoying. I'm not sure what the 3.5 inch external box is. The firewire drives come in a shell but that seems way to small to fit a hard drive in. |

i don't know how long the new drive will last... the drive on my CPU is completely full.
methinks a long time since I don't download livesets. I have 10 gigs of singles right now though... so 80 can be done... :)

| i have an 80 gig maxtor and once i just had a few gigs left it started making noise. and now it has gotten very very fragmented, seems liek it has started to die i'm going to try and get some dvd-r burned to back it up.. |
