If I could be serious for a moment, I don't care for the illustration. Sure you could modify it but I like things that are less literal. For example, putting stars in the location of the constellation instead:

Maybe a little bit, but not a ton, that text is pretty high up on my shoulder and is actually incorporated into the design the artist did, so it isn't like it's sitting directly below it.

that was my inital plan, but i didn't really like how it looked. that was the best illustration i could find when i googled 'orion the hunter'. do you think the whole tattoo is or maybe that it is too masculine for a girl to have on her arm? i appreciate the thought.. i'm actually floored that we are having a serious buisness discussion in the c0r tonight. |

you might replace the lion with a shield and move the sword to his hip and i could see it working
whether you think its too masculine is up to you. i don't have a problem with women who have an edge. its kinda sexy as long as its not like skulls and . if your comfortable with it and wear it with confidence you'll be ok.

I honestly look forward to seeing it. I really dig the text, and the font it's in, so I figure the whole design will look wicked. |

| lol i like skulls and too, but the significant meaning would not be there... i kind of like the dead lion, after all, he is a hunter. but absolutely the lion needs improvement. |

regardless editing it would make it more original. You might also want to talk to the guy who doing it before spending too much time. The size if of it will determine the amount of detail possible and the cost.
oh and get the words "skulls and " tattooed underneath :stongue: |
