After the draw between Danemark and Senegal, France has her chance to be qualified for 1/8... But one thing is sure: if we lose against Uruguay, we are dead... So...

The Urugayans are playing against the wall, but so are the French, and it seems to be the Urus leading in fouls, not a good game.
Da silva could have easily been thrown out just like Henry did same type of foul.
But there is no replay in soccer. Which is a good thing, look how annoying and boring American football gets with all the reviews and all that other s!*t.

0-0 which was really surprising, both teams could have won it easily.
Uruguay had so many chances in the second half, as did France! France deserved to win cos they had only 10 men, and were fighting really hard.
Recoba is a retard, if he plays ty free kicks like that, he failed to put away an open goal too!
The group is still wide open, but I can't see France beating Denmark by at least 2 goals.
My prediction, France go out of the first round! :eek: |

this bloody arbiter, he'd really decided that France wouldn't win... An unfair mexican for a match between France and Uruguay, what a stupid idea...
And these Uruguayans who made so much fouls, who played so violently... Silva especially, shame on this ing guy...
We made what we could, playing at 10 against 11... i think the french players made a very good match and fought very hard, but what can we do against such unfair decisions... Now it will be very hard, bcoz Danemark is a strong team... Let's hope Zidane will be back, and help us to face this so bad luck... |

Seriously tho, the ref in the Uruguay/France match is a total moron. A tackle by france that was no more violent than half of Uruguay's tackles (that never got called) warranted a red card. I think a yellow would have been more than fair in that game.
