I'm assuming you'd want a sports bar because you're coming up for a hockey game.. Go to Shoeless Joes on Queens Quay.. My friend Karen bartends there and its nonstop fun :) |

Shoeless Joes on Queens Quay, sounds cool , ....looking for a chill place with good tunes, does not have to be EDM, .... I do not know if any of you have been to buffalo but I am looking for a allen town kinda feeling...

It looks to me like what you're looking for is C'est What.
Stellar food, 35 local beers on tap, great little vibe, 5 minute walk to the ACC. Basically the focus here is on everything local.

Also, keep an eye out for their specials. More often than not they have me forego looking at the menu, & w/ the best market in the city about 400 feet away, great ingredients breed great food.
I work about a 15 minute walk from here & get to this place once a month roughly.
The buffalo burger & lamburger are damn tasty options. |
