| Look for a new job. If you get a good offer ask for a raise or commission. If they accept gratz. If they decline youll have a job waiting for you already. No matter how ty your job is now you definately dont want to leave on a sour note. |

But seriously I think I'll give a 2 week notice, and look for something else meanwhile |

I'd reverse that order, but that's just me. Look for a new job during all your down time at work. That way when you give your two weeks' notice, you know you'll have something to do in two weeks. |

yea always look for something first. unless it's a heat of the moment situation like that one time my former boss was screaming and cursing at me for no reason and i got up and told him to off and walked out lol
he hired me back that same afternoon. sometimes u just gotta put your foot down and put people in check. |

| I'm not saying it was me or anything but whatever you do, DO NOT throw at stapler at your boss, yell at him for being a douche in front of the entire office, and then break a glass wall down with a karate kick. I would never do such a thing. :D |

very well actually. i love it. i'm learning new stuff (real estate law which i think is pretty valuable stuff to know in life) and my boss is super laid back. we have a nice vibe between us and i respect him a lot. he's on the board of directors for the florida bar association and has run for city commissioner before so he's very locally politically involved...it's cool. thanks for asking:) |

:D Glad to hear it... sounds like you're in a place where you can learn some valuable stuff, especially on the networking side. |

you're man's gotta love that! Seriously though, it's amazing how much you don't realize the difference until you're in that new job. It's kinda like leaving the old relationship for the new and better one... you're like "jesus I didn't realize how much my ex really sucked until I got with the new person." |

| Oh there's oother thing I forgot to mention: most people are under the impression that the company is a scam, consisting of con-artists. It's legitimate, but quite sneaky at the same time. |
