Quite right sir, quite right. You'd be wanting at least a 6 hour slow cook, preferably 8-9 hours, if time permits it. |

I think I prefer mine Tandoori style slow cooked by the heat from Jenny's flaming asshole.
It gives it a rich, smoky, mesquite flavor with an Eastern flair. |
