and they still not done.. the fact that they are picking up all these good players who still have a point to prove is going to be a much better process than going straight for the superstars for whom money would have been the only incentive...

not sure if hughes is the right man to nurture all this talent but chelsea followed the same strategy of buying good players and turning them into greats and look how far it got them
