Dood, I just took a that weighed AT LEAST ten pounds. It was awesome. Hurray for diets that speed up your metabolism!

It's basically like the wieghtwatchers diets, eating more times a day and cutting out carbs. I get to have a huge breakfast. I had five eggs and eight strips of bacon this morning. I had a grilled chicken salad for lunch and had pastachio nuts for my snack. That coupled with about 150 oz of water a day. Made for a turd that made me say 'release the Kraken'. |

Nice. That sounds like me diet.
I had 2 boiled eggs and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. A turkey cobb salad w/ a raspberry vinaigrette. Natural peanut butter for a snack and lots of water. I've dropped 4lbs this week. |

| I like my diet better. It's called the 'having asian genes' diet. I eat whatever the fuck I want at any time of day or night, don't go out of my way to exercise or work out, and the only weight I put on is that of Steve's mom when she's riding my dick. |
