This is only partially how it works. It really depends on your name, type of ticket, and where you are going.
1 way tickets = automatic search.

we had no choice. :( Rob had to be back in Milwaukee for class the next day.
from what i heard it got pretty hot and muggy and most of our friends didn't even make it to the festival that day. |

Speaking of airline tickets...SO glad I bought mine through Flightnetwork. I booked with the same criteria on AA's site, just to see how much they charge for the same flight, and it was 1900 bucks!!

damnit that is so unfair! i'd just lie and use one of my friends addresses in Michigan but i'd be too afraid that they'd check into it and i'd be disqualified and all the hard work would be for nothing, lol.

it's just an excuse to get expensive graphic work done for basically nothing anyways :p

I buy one way tickets allllllll the tiiiiiime and I never get searched. When I went to detroit I bought 2 round trip tickets and it was a mission to get my ticket ( wouldn't print at kiosk and at home)
Then when the attendant did print it - I had some weird code up on top.
So.... stfu. In my case it was like that. That's all I was saying. Of course there are other ways to get searched in the airport but after doing capsules.. it was a nightmare. |
