right... its time to talk meetup plans :D
if we dont see people beforehand.. i think it would be an idea to meet at about 5pm (giving people chance to get in.. last year ques were very large :)) at the official meeting point :)
last year we tried the cash machine as there was only one on the site map.. but then there turned out to be 3 lol.. so i think the meeting point will be the safest option. we will have to do sumthing so we can distinguish a trancEaddict from the average joe there... any ideas? |

name badges! we can even LAMINATE them :D |

yes it would be nice to all have laminated badges... but we've tried this twice at various NEC's.. and no fukka but us did it :p
so.. we need something even the thick divs of UKTA can manage :p:) |

I will make a BIG square of black cloth with trancEaddict written on it in white letters.
I also plan to make people little ribbons with TA and ppeople's names on but that might take a long, time we'll seee about that. |

Oh god i am glad i am on genie coz texts would have cost a fortune at the NEC, let alone this.
But i may wear my fly shirt so you will know :)
And i imagine we will have a spot in the main arena like at the NEC where we will meet up all the way through the night :)
It all comes together :) |
