Well, South Florida got hit hard by the housing crisis, so mortgages and rent have taken a nosedive. You might want to look into it. I've seen nice apartments for $850-950.
I live in Homestead, which is close enough from Miami to party, but far enough to get away from the craziness. I like my privacy. |
