So, the government tested substances in harmless quantities for thirty years during the cold war.
How does this validate your theory that modern contrails from commercial aircraft are really chemtrails of a nefarious nature? |

as far as i am aware these tests also didn't produce visible chemtrails at all.

here is a link that contradicts your contention that chemtrails "spread out" and "hang around" longer than "normal" contrails from aircracft at high altitude. |

it dosnt suport it totaly but the fact that it went on in secret and the fact that they used aircraf to do it dose spark some worrys in me, also using bacteria like serratia marcescens or any bacteria for that matter just seems bad, and the people in that village with all the ill kids is messed up, if the government can do that to them would a few more hurt?
