Now that I just saw this picture, it seems like such a slap in the face of the residents of that area, where I am assuming the university attendance rate is not that high.
'Sorry your culture was not good enough, so we are rebranding you with something you did not help choose.'
I highly doubt it will send a positive message through the community to try and go to post secondary school. |
