so what if they heard it on a night, its obviously jsut coz they heard pvd play it |
Sorry but why can't you accept that some people actually like this track. Fair enough you think its , and although I rate PVD, yeah, fair enough he's cocked up a few times and I agree the mixing in the Rosenmontags Rave was a pretty poor perfomance. However I have followed him for two and a half years and I have heard him up three mixes in the over 30 times I have seen him. Anyway, PVD is not the issue here...
I like this tune. I don't care if Julesy played it I like it and if all PVD fans rated every tune PVD played for the sake of it then there would be hundreds of posts on this site for every tune in this set.
I don't think there's anything special about Nu NRG - Dreamland, although its a tune PVD played constantly and I accept that loads of people think its brilliant. I would no way pretend I liked it coz I like PVD.
Although you may think The Spell is the worst tune ever, quite a few people agree that its pretty good. I think its because (although you find it hard to believe because you think its ) they like the production, rather than the artist or the DJ who played it, and that possibility shouldn't be ruled out. :stongue:
*hopes not to get shouted at* |

finally someone who can talk civil about this (club attack), instead of just saying "but then i would probably think most of the things you all like are just because it isnt stereotypical 'trance' "
and "... and you as well
clueless wit. "
"because its not your usual pansy trance."
btw club attack, do you honestly reckon this is the best song of 2002? |

I dunno if I'd say it was THE best. I hadn't really thought about it. I think PVDs new tune (which I don't know the name of yet!) could be a contender although I'm probably gonna be cut down for a PVD fan...
I'd say the spell could be one of them *in my opinion* :D |

Personally i think this song is great. I like the vocals, different from the usual trance vocalsg. It's got some nice lyrics as well.
Musically i think it's a nice change from the usual trance which let's be honest starts to get a bit "samey" after a while. |

| Club Attack>> Spot on, don't think it could be THE tune of the year, but it's fairly close, obviously this is something which cannot be decided until the end of the year. And also I highly rate PVD - 'Untitled' from his NEC set, how minted is that tune? |

Certainly, I do love the song coming from a New Wave style musical background. I enjoy the lyrics because I can relate.
What I find distinct about this track is the beat structure and the tempo changing of the track as it progresses. Beyond a doubt, the best part of the track is yet it come. Once authority to the release of a promo is made, everyone can judge it's entirety.
Did I mention I love this song? ;-) |

| Scottaculous.. are you the Scott guy from Second Sun? I mean it's just this rip of the Spell is high quality. Whoever did that would need access to an original and not some dodgy radio rip. |
