Oh, yeah, I'd learn how to cook all kinds of cool foods like Gratinéed Ricotta and Spinach Gnocchi which is in this cookbook that one of my friends gave me for Christmas. I'm making it today for family & friends. I never made gnocchi before. For some reason, I thought it was made with potatoes.
