Didn't know that. I usually just get the patties fresh at a butcher and sort of just shove cheese crumbles in there. |

it does not mean you will get ecoli, it just increases the chances. Dairy products have everything in it (especially cheese) to make bacteria thrive and multiply.
a good way to avoid this is with kosher meat. |
