You can do mixed veggies like carrots, parsnips, turnips, zucchini, eggplant, jicama, asparagus, peppers, and brussels sprouts
But Ania, most kids don't like hollandaise sauce AND most kids don't like veggies...

because we have fresh fish that smells so fishy and wonderful and needs nothing to spice it up
(i'd use the sauce for sole or some other bland fish)
