I recently purchased some new Dynaudio BM6A Mk2's and have had a problem with the tweeter on one of the speakers cutting in and out. When I turn the volume up extremely loud for a few seconds the problem is temporarily fixed, but this is still a huge hastle. I've checked online and many people experience this same issue with Dynaudio's, has anybody here experienced this?? If so, what did you do to fix this?

it happened to more people. Contact dynaudio support. You'll probably have to send it for a repair. Which most likely will be done free of charge.
Good luck |

I know that Dynaudio tweeters switch off automatically when they overheat, so I believe this has something to do with a batch of monitors that were made incorrectly and so the system switches them on/off at inappropriate times. Definitely get in touch with Dynaudio and they should fix it up for you.

this is not the first thread about this, does they suck that much? or is it that just everyone has them?

Na Dyns are fantastic speakers, so lots of people have them. This issue only seems to affect the BM6a Mk2s though. I've never had a problem with the BM5a's.

i didnt mean suck in sound caus ive heard dynaudio home speakers (and want them) and i guess the monitors are even better. i was talking more about if they have some sort of technical fault (wrong filter type etc) which makes these tweeters go all the time.
