I sprained my knee yesterday and was in a lot of pain overnight. Thank god it feels a lot better today. I thought I was gonna have to miss this.

I was running and all of a sudden my knee started to hurt. The pain kept increasing until I had to stop. It's either my joints or I sprained it slightly. It feels better now though.
