Sounds like a nice pad. I considered staying downtown or elsewhere, but I finally decided that it was SoBe or nothing :) |

| i didnt wanna chance the drunk driving thing this year.....and anything that i could really find on the beach cost more, and was pretty much just 1 bed and a sleeper sofa...forget it...might as well have good sleep, whatever sleep u do get....still...about 250-300 person is awesome! |

Hey guys,
This will be our first year attending WMC. Is there parts of sobe to stay away from as far as lodgeing is concerned? Is there any shady parts? |

| theres 4 of us total....i think it worked out to something like 175 a night, taxes and cleaning fees included |

| Cadet hotel, 200/night for the week. 17TH and James, one block from Collins. Nice and clean and small, hard to beat for 2 blocks from the beach. |
