e, I slept on the plane ride over, then stayed up for 2 days w/ little 2 hr rests on the bed or couch then again for another 2 days then crashed for 8 hrs going into sunday morning. Just party like a rockstar, make sure to rest your body by either sleeping/napping/lounging for a few hours a day. Best time like someone mentioned is the 10-2 spot!

I plan on being there Tues-Mon and sleep is a must for me. I will probably only have one two day binge. Which will most likely have me end up at Dirtybird after two days of no sleep. I don't think it should be any other way for that party. After that night crash Saturday for a long sleep then be ready for the rest of WMC.

Other than the usual Santa's Little Helpers I use endorush by bsn for a great energy drink with no sugar. Agree with others on Emergen-C as well as vitamins. And nutrients are a MUST to keep it going. Some RTD protein shakes are great to have when you don't feel like eating actual food. Muscle milk, Labrada or Myoplex all taste pretty good. No sleep plus no nutrients is a bad recipe.

I find it harder and harder every year. I think the Emergencee idea is awesome. I have never used it in this scenario but when i am feeeling a little under the weather it works like magic. A must try!

The ideah of food during wmc is rotten. just gotto keep hydrated.

i had one emrgenC after every party and i'll be doing the same this yr. stock up on some fresh fruit, water, and gatorade when arriving. some good snacks too...

i'm ready!

Food is gonna be your best bet to keep yourself going all week. Protein and natural carbs are key. Even if you eat only once a day (a large meal, I hope), you'll be feeling 1000x better at week end than if you go straight through on stimulants and liquids only.

I love how the have a Jerry's Deli in Sobe. All the other locals are in Socal/LA area. Big portions...take the leftovers for later on in the middle of the night, after sexy time! lol

I have nothing to worry about I unlike all of you party monsters will only be able to make the Fri Sat and Sun events :( I cant get out of work.
