I am hosting my annual one.
The menu:
My homemade baked chicken wings -- 3 sauces: chipotle-citrus butter w/ crispy parmesan crust on the outside of the wing holding on the sauce, traditional buffalo style, & green curry infused hoisin with a hint of sesame oil & honey
B]ribs[/B] - being brought by a friend
My 1-bite wontons -crispy shell, chewy middle, filled w/ a seasoned cream cheese/bacon/scallion filling
My goat cheese bruschetta tartlets -for the lactose intolerant, easy as hell to make - 1)bruschette mix w/ crumbled goat cheese & a beaten egg 2)line the mini-muffin tin w/ Vietnames rice roll skins (cut to size) 3) put in the right amount of filling 4) bake
Homemade black bean chilli (as opposed to kidney beans)
-& perhaps some other items oncec I hit the grocery store in 30 minutes
3 girlfriend made pies
The add ons:
-multiple laptops streaming the US feed for the purpose of commercial watching (all sound for commecials to be provided via bluetooth connection to surrond sound)
-mini-keg(s)["s" depenedent upon others bringing more] stored at pouring height in snow outside for ultimate cold beer & zero drip clean-up
