Ableton colour coding each channel

Hi all,
ok I have a question can you colour code each channel to a different colour in Ableton. for istance say i want to colour code a group of channels in one colour for the drums and another for the synths etc. I know all the midi notes and samples are colour coded but what i'm after is the actual whole channel itself.
Is there a way to do this i've looked at the manual but can't seem to find anything relating to this.

You cant color code the tracks themselves, only the clips.
What I do is that I color each instrument type differently and go on from there.
Naming the tracks coherently HELPS A LOT though coloring the tracks would be a very nice feature. |
