justice. penn got exactly what he deserved. i called it for the most part but I didnt know the domination would be that severe.
machida impressed me the most and I was expecting him to. |

GSP trains with Marquart, Jardine, Rashad. Penn trains with a bunch of "yes men." As much as I like Penn simply for his talent, he's probably the most classless punk out there. The only reason I hope wins is for a rubber match.
And Machida beats Silva, then Rashad and stays LHW champ for a long time.

You guys shoulda seen the locals here. Bar was packed and people went ape when BJ's brother threw in the towel. Silly for anyone that was hoping for a 5th round miracle though, Penn was done by round 2.
Obama needs to help a local and overrule the fight...:p |

Not related to GSP/Penn, but I loved Jon 'Bones' Jones walking into the ring with Poe- Angry Johnny playing. Great juxtaposition of music to environment. That and one of the non-televised fights Christian Wellisch came in with 'Do you really want to hurt me".
Getting even further off-topic, I'm hoping Dana sticks to his post-fight press conference comment about bringing kid yamamoto to the UFC(WEC). |
