Phelps just passed up a great, once in a lifetime opportunity to be the face of the movement. The news is already running a headline right now that says "Legalize Pot?" It's mainstream CNN. Obama is for at least letting doctor's prescribe it. He could be fore decriminalizing it as you mentioned.
Mike Phelps should have been a leader. He could have been the face of the movement to legalize weed. He should have came out and said, "Look America, I eat my Wheaties, train hard, win golds, and smoke weed every know and then. Americas economy is on the verge of collapse, Mexico is rationing water, and the Canadian government just toppled. That green bud can save us all. The Canadians have the good B.C and the Mexican warlords have it for the low. We all could live in peace. Just legalize the green."

One time Tom Felton was visiting Dubai and he knew this girl from surrey who used to go to our school pretty well, and she frequently visited her dad in the UAE(her parents split). It was 10th or 11th grade and she brings him to a house party-and he was a major cvnt who loved the sound of his own voice. we rolled up a fake j (rare to get hash in dubai-we wouldn't have wasted it on this cvunt)..we mixed tobacco with this really strong tobbacco called dokha. we were passing that arround saying"ooh man thas sum gooood t", then we passed it to Draco and he was smart enough not to puff as a buddy of mine had a camera ready waiting to snap away.
i was just in it for the lulz, only because he was a cvunt, big time. the guy was smart enough not to puff around anyone and didnt take pics with anyone either.... and he's pretty much a nobody compared to phelps.
moral of the story is if you are michael phelps, make sure to smoke with very very close circle-snakes be everywhere.
