Weird... I find not showering after you sleep is gross. You lay in your own dead skin, sweat, dust mites and bed bugs for an entire night and think you're clean in the morning?
Yuck.
I don't see a point in showering before bed. I am not so dirty by the end of the day that my bed is getting any more gross then it naturally would. Not to mention, that is what washing your sheets are for.
Showering wakes me up, so in the morning to refresh me and clean myself off from sleeping and getting myself prepped for the day is best for me. Doing this before bed will just keep me awake, and then I would have to shower in the morning anyway. |

on a more serious note, i hate showers. it's just one more thing i have to do in the process of getting ready. i only wash my hair every other day and in between those showers i just hop in with my hair pinned up and wash all the "important" parts lol armpits, vagina, butt crack and feet and i'm good to go. i take those little quickie showers once a day, sometimes twice (morning and then again before bed).
my dermatologist even said that's the way to go. unless you have a job where you are getting very dirty or sweaty, there's no need to lather up every single day.
*edit* actually i shouldn't go as far as to say i "hate" showers because i do enjoy putting the water as hot as can be and just standing there for a few minutes lol i'm just not one of those typical chicks who loves showers and takes 20 minutes ones on a daily basis. |

Typically once a day (in the morning), with a skipped day every once in a while or an additional shower during the day if I did something that got me hot and sweaty (like when I go out and detail my car).
I actually prefer to shower before bed so I don't have to worry about it in the morning, but my hair doesn't co-operate at all in the morning if I do it this way. /gay |

| Yeah I hate showers as well. I like being clean, I just hate the whole ing process and work of a shower. I don't always shower every day. I really try to push how long I can go without taking one, lol. If I know I'm going to be home by myself all weekend, for example, I won't shower at all until the next time I know I have to go out in public/to work/school/whatever. Now you know the truth about me. :gsmile: |
