Hey guys,
Any ideas how to build a bassline similiar to this?
It's Martin Roth's Summerstyle Mix of Tatana's Springbreeze.

All input would be appreciated.

I dont know the synth he is using, but one thing is important: the bass is very wide, you can do a layer like that with two basses: one totally panned left and other totally panned right. Ah, and put a discrete sub in the center.
Some people say to use bass always in center, but rules dont need be followed all the time, specially in music.
Rob Papen Blue has some presets alike in the Digital Bass banks.

| ^ yeah definately, particularly if your panned bass(s') don't have many sub frequencies you'll be fine. makes for a cool effect too |

I believe that was true in the vinyl days as it would sometimes affect the needle position on the record. |

That, plus the possibility of phase problems when the track is played in mono.
Not a problem, is you run a check in mono to see how it sounds every now an then. |

Cool replies there. :)
Ah, I remembered right now, if you know Dash Berlin, he uses the same bass sound too. |
