| Morton's doesn't compare to lugars. |

i went to lugers for my bday last year
one of the best steaks ever
it feels like an orgasim after your done eatting ha ha
as for what i recommend
for appitzer they have tomato and onion which is just big pieces of tomatos and onions and you dip it in their steak sauce
now if you dont care about your health and diet you should try their bacon
its not like regular bacon this is like an inch thick and madddd good
main coarse order the steak-nuff said
for side dishes i recomend the creamed spinach or the roasted potatos
as for mixed drinks or watever i dont really do that with a heavy dinner, i recomend a bottle of pinot noir it goes well with the steak
oh yea deff bring cash they dont accept credit cards unless its one of theirs
enjoy it:D |

Peter's is like minimum per person $70 - $120 maybe with one drink and if you do bottles probably alot more.
Only cash or "their" credit card

Just dont go to NOBU...lol..that was like $450 |
I went to NOBU with my family and GF(6 people). Ordered a few apps, very few drinks, some of the main meals were shared, and desert. 650$ before tax and tip and we all left hungry!!!
What I learned from that meal is
1. Japanese steak house: most expensive/least food :whip:
2. American Steakhouse: medium expensive/just right :)
3. Italian: least expensive/you'll have leftovers :wtf:
PS. Anyone ever do lunch at Peter's? I would love know how the burger taste. |

Dude... seriously so good.
I am drooling just thinking about you going.
You also have to get dessert... they have homemade schlog (whipped cream) that is the perfect ending to a delicious meal.
Last time we were there our steak wasn't quite up to par and they brought us a new one.
It melts in your mouth like butter... so delicious. |

I went and thought it sucked ass. Totally not worth it. Food was crappy, service was crappy, prices were completely ridiculous for what you get. I can't think of one good thing about it.
If you do go, whatever you do, don't order the Chopped Steak -- it's a hamburger without the bun.
I haven't been to any other steakhouses in NYC really, but I can tell you we definitely have MUCH better places here in DC, that also don't cram tons of BS up your ass. |

| Ya, I don't want to be a wet blanket, but Peter Lugers is kinda a tourist trap! It's like going to "Tavern on the Green" in my opinion :( |
