before I make any judgment on christian bale, i do know these things:
1. he is known to have a very short temper.
2. he's in a McG movie, and doing a remake of a movie that was popular almost 20 years ago. Most likely, the movie sucks, and Bale knows it. So he's probably venting his frustrations on the DP (Director of Photography)
3. the guy he's venting on is Shane Hurlbut, the director of photography. sounds like he ed up a couple of scenes while christian bale was trying to make the movie better.
4. there are reports out there christian bale is a prick.
but yeah most likely it's a mixture of his short temper, a bad DP, and a crappy movie. :)
