I think in 98-99 time frame i was listening to The Orb and first logged into Prodigy.net. I need a username. I picked Orbital (because i didn't want to take away any DJ's name out there {yeah i know}) but it was taken.
I was huge John Stockton fan back then so i tried Orbital12, also taken.
Then i picked Karl Malone.

Nero + Logic.
Back in 96-97 i needed a handle for another forum. I looked around and the first thing i saw was a "Nero" CD case. I got that (Nero was already taken), and for some reason "logic" came to my head and i put them together and it worked. |

| LYNDSAY - thats my name :tongue2 and the "whaaat?" part is because, right before I joined TA, I got a slew of texts and calls that all my friends on here were talkin about me in a thread from a show I was playin at, and asking "Lynnnndsaaayyy... where are youu??? you were supposed to joinnnn..". So the "whaaat?" was kinda like a "whaaat bitches!! i'm here!!" heh. :happy2: (thinkin I might just change is to LYNDSAY tho... :conf: |

In the UK, DJ names are viewed as kind of cheesy, so most people just use their full name (which I did and still do), but I was in studying in Toronto when I discovered TA, and at that time everyone used made up DJ names, rather than their own, so instead of them calling me by my full name, they made a compromise and DJ Rann became my TA handle. I actually don't like the "DJ" bit, but can't be bothered to do anything about it. |
