Hi, can someone explain how to obtain this effect of holding the reverb tail? I'm on Logic 8.

You can do this with both reverbs and delays.
You simply automate the feedback/decay of the delay/reverb. :) |

Hi Eldritch! How are u going friend? I still have here your soundset for synth1. :)
So, I can set the feedback/decay to endless? Like a loop of the reverb tail? |

As Eldritch said, just automate the feedback / decay knob on your reverb at the end of the sound you want the effect on (Just at the end though, or else the sound will be drained). Turn it to the max and the reverb tail will play forever. :) |

Logic's tape delay plug-in has a 'hold' function, which might be useful for this in conjunction with the reverb. |
