Our latest release comes from a French producer tipped for big things, Urban Breathe. He came to prominence last year with a couple of EPs on Circle and has since has had a remix on Anjunadeep that has been very well received; his usual blend of powerful tech house with melodic overtones.
The title track, Voltage, is a peak time stormer that has a somewhat progressive feel to it, although not in the conventional sense of the word. Strong beats are combined with cascading synths and an intense break that result in a full-on club workout. Expect big reactions when dropped.
Funky Heaven doesn't stray far from the sound that is becoming synonomous with an Urban Breathe production. It retains all the drive of Voltage and although is still written with the dancefloor firmly in mind, adopts a funkier slant.
