Personally I hate this Holiday, and I'm in a Happy relationship. It's a consumer holiday set up to make life difficult for men.
But that aside...going to see "Friday The 13th" the day before on uh...Friday The 13th.
And on V-Day, ended up getting tickets to see Robbin Williams Live:eyespop:
How ing cool is that?!?!

i have a 4 day weekend that weekend due to lincoln's b-day and presidents day. i should go somewhere but i'm saving for miami. i'll do something fun.
i always loved valentines, when i was with my ex i used to do all kinds of sexy, naughty, fun things for him. i am not a flowers, candy kinda girl. unfortunately when i decided i was moving out, my apartment was ready on valentines day for me to move into. but now to me, it's just another day, nothing more, nothing less. i see the point about consumerism and such.
now i'll just have to think up lots of other fun, naughty things to do for the next lucky man i end up dating ;) but year round, of course :D |

| Just another day. Got my friend flying in friday so we will probably go catch my friends reggae band. I no longer participate on this day. I just get together with friends. Its been great for the last few years. |

I love Valentines Day. Girlfriend isn't so hot on it but I will turn her :disbelief Its only consumerized if you let it be that way. For me, its a day to celebrate love and share a romantic evening together. Not that you should need an excuse but whats wrong with celebrating something like that? I mean sign me up! I'm always looking for a reason to celebrate anyways. If I was single and dateless, yeah, it would just be another day.
We're heading up to SF for the weekend. Aly & Fila on Friday. Share a nice evening together on Valentines Day. And then head off to EDT Love later that night. |
