Splitting a Mix into Tracks

Just wondering how most of you go about splitting up a full length mix into individual tracks. Do you start a track as soon as a transition starts? Do you wait until some prominent element of the incoming track is audible?

When you know you're listening to the next track.

Not on the beginning of a mix, the bass swap, or when the mix ends, but when you make the oncoming track more dominant than the previous.

Always lands on the beginning of a bar though.

Just using good judgement, I guess?

When you are inspired to make the track mark.

Since I usually make mixes for people with short attention spans, I insert put the track split at parts where the new track first breaks down or has a good synth to keep peoples attention going.
