Chach should technically not be able to do a push up with some much of his weight residing on his forhead. How he does it is beyond me.:gsmile:

its not that hard to do 60 per minute. last time i took a PT Test, i think i did 64 or 63 or something like that. of which 50 of it was consecutive. then resting in the up position only.

back in the day of the 2 minute test, i could get around 85.
