My third favorite food! (After Cheddar Cheese and then Mac and Cheese)
I make mine with Vienna bread and old cheddar. The best is when they're made on a flat grill, so it's even all over.
I love making hamburger grilled cheeses too...the cheese melts all around the hamburger. Mmmmmmm I'm hungry. |

I made one with Light Rye and Swiss earlier...mmmm
LOVE Cheese toast, similar to grilled cheese, used to eat it all thet ime in England whenever I am there... but just toast in a broiler then melt old white chedder cheese all over it! Mmmm.. with tons of hot sauce! |

My grilled cheese doinz = 12 grain, gruyere, & back bacon.
If you've never tried one made with gruyere, please do so. You might just never go back. |

I ate cheese on toast in England all the time when I was there. I didn't know it was such an "English" thing. I love cheese. Cheese on anything.
Not a fan of the white cheddar though. It's okay, but I prefer orange. It's a mental thing. |
