With the lulz. If 4chan wasn't so funny it would have been abandoned a long time ago.
Honestly, who is to say you can stop anybody posting child porn? 4chan says they have moderators, and they usually delete it, but not always fast enough. If you shut down 4chan, Anonymous would revolt and post that everywhere.
