I don't think he's messing around. I believe there have been things written up about him doing drugs though. I was surprised after basically watching his brother die in front of him too. I miss River :(

High? I think the dude is having some kind of mental breakdown. He seems like he's on the verge of psychosis or has some kind of personality disorder. Look at his hair, ffs. And it's not like this didn't run in his family. Drug use is just a symptom of the actual problem. His brother was known to suffer from depression.
