Flashing Lights
w/ Nick Catchdubs, Jubilee, DJ Ayres, Nick Hook
and *LIVE* performance by Cubic Zirconia
Headed by Catchdubs (Co-founder of Fools Gold, and old assoc editor at Fader), Jubilee (Trash Menagerie, Nightshifters) and DJ Ayres (The Rub), this reoccurring party is the equivalent of musical heroin. Each week, music heads cluster around and freak out over the deftly dropped anthems. This time, we are moving the party to our favorite Dim Sum restaurant in Chinatown, home of the legendary Korrupt parties.
Joined by Nick Hook on the decks, and a live performance by rising stars Cubic Zirconia, this is an edition of Flashing Lights you won't want to miss.

DJ Ayers and the rest of 'the rub' are gonna be at the museum of natural history tomorrow night.
If it wasn't that seeing Che part 2 is more important - I would def hit it up for some funky !:eyes:
5 bucks sounds good since I can't make it tomorrow night but next weekend a friend from the uk is coming so can't make it to this either!

it is quite the awesomeness.
Have u been to AMNH? It is held in the Rose Center for Earth Space & Science.
They give free planetarium shows beginning at 10 pm. Party goes on till one. It's just a fun little hipster type of crowd. Once a month but like 5-6 times a year.

Dammit! I went to AMNH last month... :p
Ooh and I am extremely obsessed with Che so I will probably love part 2.
I am buying that as soon as it comes out - part 1 was fuking GREAT! I especially love the character Camilo Cienfuegos omg.. hilarious! He was soooo cuban! |
