Unless he's got some kind of stunted growth syndrome, I don't understand how that's possible - he looks several years prepubescent.
Having said that we do start early on most things in the UK (Drinking at 18 (actually about 14), cigarettes at 16 (really 12) etc). |

But where's the proof for this story? Has the boy been given a paternity test? Not sure I believe all the hype. |
