On the TV news , the boys parents lived in a big detached house complete with big driveway and electric gates , and the mother (who looked rough as fook) drove away in a nice audi.

even though 17 is too young also IMO, it is night and day between 13 and 17. The psychological development in that 4 year span is huge. 13 and 17 is a lot different than 24 and 28. |
