I'm actually going to praise the US here. Sure, the country isn't perfect, but the American way of life is not at all that bad, the optimism inherent to American culture is truly inspiring, and some of the most ingenious minds of the last century came from America.
yeah! |
True. America is a great nation, but once you start digging up on all the dirt, most of the things the ads and books don't like to talk about, the conspiracy theories, the herecy, the ultra religious bull***
brainwashing, propaganda, and more brainwashing...
you realize America is quite a ed up place. Yeah, if you live in America and you are not 'privileged', you are a slave to a labor system (Rockefeller: 'A Nation of Workers, not thinkers') . You work to live, if you have privileges (which i know many of you in here do) then you are 'set'.
i love that america is a place that can really foster a caring human being, open minded, hard working but i despise how the powers that be try to manipulate information, history and power to benefit themselves. only a few know the real stuff about america and most don't want to talk about them, it is easier to live inside the bubble.
for me there are two americas, the one you see on TV, ads, the impression that most foreigners have (uneducated or simple people) and the underground america (skulls and bones, etc). which i see because i live in a big bubble with lots of comfort, food, entertainment, etc that i get bored really quickly
I also love and own a copy of constitution of the united states of america. you have no idea how that book has been misused by everyone, interesting, because i find it to be the key to live and understand freedom, freedom from dogma, freedom from herecy, freedom from religious agendas, freedom from stigma and the road to happiness. i don't support the gay agenda, i don't favor the lefties, i don't care about trees, all i care about is caring for me & my loved ones, i believe in objectivism..but i'm not really a fan of any ism.

i beg to differ, just a bit. it's boring and suicide level boring if you live in suburbia, expensive to live, over polite people everywhere carrying fake smiles, people dependent a car unless you live right smack in the middle of a bigger city, fat and obese people EVERYWHERE, this 's disgusting, holy people here like to eat food and sit around watch tv. American women hands down the worst types of women anybody could choose for a long-term relationship (good for a short term romp as 90% are DOWN to after 1 or 2 dates). even skinny American women are chubby, . depends what you're looking for.
figured i was an oddball here, and ran away to a place i ended up liking much more, Korea.
people are positive thinking in the USA - that is one thing you said that i do agree with.
anyways...
